La Tania is situated between Courchevel and Méribel, in the centre of the world’s largest ski area, the Three Valleys, with 600 km of slopes for all kind of winter sports: BDD (bikes with 2 large wheels), snow raft, snow-bikes, snowshoe excursions, dog sledding, night skiing, climbing and go-kart on ice, sledge, surf… Perfect holidays in the heart of the world’s largest ski area! This residence, classified as a 3 star, is ideally situated in the heart of the resort and near the hotel Le Montana with the option to ski from the door to the piste of Les Folyères. Composed of 44 apartments from 2 rooms 4/5 persons to 5 rooms 8-10 persons, it is perfectly equipped with a kitchen, television, balcony and view of the slopes. Possibility to use the hotel Le Montana’s facilities (with supplement), which include a pool, a bar, breakfast room, fitness room, saunas, parking… Discover the restaurant L’Olympique situated near the residence. Possibility of half board.

Services, charged by the hotel include linen and towels, indoor and outdoor parking, cleaning at the end of the stay, breakfast, half board and baby cots.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 17:00 hours until 20:00 hours.
• You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Extra Charges

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 9.00 per day.

Deposit

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. One child under 4 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Damages deposit:
this deposit is payable at the moment of Check-In and is fully reimbursed if:
the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged, you do the cleaning at the end of the stay, if you don't, the sum will be deducted from your damages deposit.
